TER Services

TER Services is a private, single-user automation application operated by Travis Ross.

What it is — TER Services is a personal automation tool that connects to the operator’s own Google Workspace to help manage his email, documents, files, calendar, and tasks in support of his research and writing. It is not a public product: it creates no accounts, is used only by its operator, and accesses only the operator’s own Google data, with his direct authorization.

What it does — Through the Google APIs the operator authorizes, TER Services automates routine workspace tasks the operator initiates — for example, organizing and drafting documents in Drive, Docs, and Sheets; sending and processing mail in Gmail; and managing Calendar and Tasks entries. It requests only the scopes those tasks require.

Data and privacy — TER Services accesses only the operator’s own Google account. It does not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties, and does not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.
