Privacy Policy — TER Services

Last updated: July 29, 2026

TER Services (“the App”) is a personal automation tool operated by Travis Ross for the sole use of its operator. This policy explains what data the App accesses through Google APIs and how that data is handled.

Who this App is for — TER Services is a private, single-user application. It is not offered to the public, creates no accounts, and collects no data from any third party. The only person whose Google data the App accesses is the operator, who authorizes it directly.

What the App accesses — When you authorize it, it may access, only to the extent you grant: Gmail (read/send on your behalf), Drive/Docs/Sheets (read/edit files you authorize), Calendar and Tasks (read/manage), Contacts/directory info. It requests only the scopes needed for the operator’s own automation.

How data is used — Exclusively to perform automation tasks the operator initiates. Data is not sold, shared, transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI/ML models.

Storage and retention — Runs on the operator’s own private server. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted at rest and used only against the operator’s own Google account. No end-user data is retained beyond what a task requires; none is stored on behalf of any other person.

Limited Use — TER Services’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
