Terms of Service — TER Services

TER Services (“the App”) is a private, single-user automation tool operated by Travis Ross for personal use.

1. Personal use only. Not offered as a service to the public. Only the operator authorizes and uses it, against their own Google account.
2. No warranty. Provided “as is,” without warranty; used at the operator’s own risk.
3. Google data. Access is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. No third-party liability. The App provides no service to third parties and creates no obligations to them.
5. Changes. May be updated; the current version always lives at this URL.
