Workshops

The skeptic's concern A lot of people feel like using AI is cheating. If someone is just asking it to write or create things for them, it kind of is. When we outsource our thinking to a black box, we make ourselves dependent on tools we don't understand—or worse, we become the robot, copying and pasting whatever it generates into files and emails.
The organizational reality At the same time, individuals and organizations face immense pressure to adapt to AI—whatever that even means—or be left behind. Bosses and boards insist on seeing progress without any clear strategic vision for how to actually use the technology.
Both concerns are valid. My workshops address them together.

I run hands-on workshops that push past the chatbot and into real work. Participants set up their own environments, make informed decisions about how AI fits into what they do, and walk through guided projects tailored to their actual needs. The focus is practical: building tools, knowledge, and skills that people can take back to their jobs.

I work at every level — from strategy sessions with executive and technical teams to workshops that get people across an organization tooled up and confident. I meet people where they are, whether they’ve never opened a terminal or they’ve been writing code for years.

Workshops are available on-site or remotely. If you’re interested, I’d welcome a conversation about what would be most useful for your group.
